Customized Energy Solutions serves a diverse group of customers with varying interests in the energy markets. Municipalities and cooperatives are the two largest customer groups served by Customized Energy Solutions, as each of our services provide support to these clients in some capacity. Depending on their individual needs, we provide them with services such as regulatory reporting, wholesale and retail energy consulting, demand side response, risk management, NERC reporting and the incorporation of renewable energy.

We also serve many Load Serving Entities (LSE), which benefit from our wholesale and retail scheduling services provided through our in-house, 24 hour Market Operations Center. LSEs also utilize CES for back office support for demand response, risk management and renewable projects..

More broadly, Customized Energy Solutions serves entities such as financial institutions, state regulatory commissions, colleges and universities, industrial organizations, generation companies, including wind and solar generators, aggregators, other consultants and curtailment service providers.
