Seth joined Customized Energy Solutions in late 2009. He focuses on monitoring the ERCOT marketplace and provides reporting and analytical services to clients. Seth has over 10 years of wholesale energy experience focused on consulting and advisory services. Over that time he has worked across a wide range of functional areas, including retail supply, wholesale generation, trading and scheduling, shadow settlement, and strategy development.

Seth's work has centered around market design particularly LMP market constructs. He earned his BA in Political Science, with an economics focus, from the University of Dayton.
